Building on a foundation of Indian Head Massage (IHM), this course introduces advanced techniques inspired by Ayurvedic principles and the deeply relaxing therapy of Shirodhara. Through my training in Ayurveda as part of my degree in the UK, I have developed this course to go beyond traditional IHM by integrating the use of oils that balance the Doshas, taking your practice to a new level.
