Mom & Baby Reflexology Workshops

A  qualified practitioner  who  can offer you 1-1 or group training to enable you to treat your own child using the Tender Touch of mom and baby reflexology techniques. Our classes are fully interactive, so you can learn and bond with your baby at the same time. There are some wonderful benefits of Reflexology for Babies.  Studies  have  shown baby reflexology can help many discomforts including boosting the immune system, ease colic, wind, reflux, constipation, tummy upsets, teething pains, sleeping problems and ear congestion. It is very gentle and very calming and soothing for your baby. More & more people are now turning to complementary  healthcare  and   reflexology to help their children. There is an increase usage and  extensive studies   have  shown  the  benefits  of  Reflexology  in  helping  parents  treat  their  babies  in  conjunction  with  modern  medicine.  

Reflexology for babies is an adapted reflexology style which suits the needs of babies and toddlers. Classes are based at my home studio in Trenton Ontario.  Home hosted workshops are available in Trenton, Belleville, Brighton and Prince Edward County and the surrounding area.  

These classes are aVailable so you can book your single session or your bundle of classes but can re-schedule if you have to cancel. Each session we make our way through a full foot reflexology and work around a theme to empower you to help your baby through common infant issues. 

Week 1: Feeding and Digestion

Week 2: Sleeping, Calming and Comforting

Week 3: Teething and Well-being

A package of 3 classes is $80, or $30  per session.  

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-walking.  

Classes are held in Trenton where you can relax into a chilled out vibe in a beautiful space. 

ZOOM online classes are now available 

Our classes are relaxed and completely baby-led. Routines only take approximately 15 minutes, but classes last around an hour so there is plenty of time for all the parents to learn and practise the routines even if their baby needs feeding or time to settle.
