**Course Outline**

*Prerequisites:* Diploma in reflexology or currently studying towards your diploma and conducting case studies.

**Course Objectives:**

- You will learn crucial background information, theories, and perspectives, as well as the overall benefits and best practices for using and caring for stones.

- Discover the history of hot and cold stone reflexology, its evolution, and methods of practice over time.

- Gain practical knowledge about hot stone reflexology, including stone preparation, incorporation into existing treatments, and safety measures to consider.

- An essential part of any administered therapy is assessing client responses. You will learn to effectively understand your clients in this manner and measure their progress. Additionally, you will deepen your knowledge of the training and practice inherent in hot and cold stone reflexology. Throughout the course, students will utilize hot volcanic basalt stones and cold stones to apply precise alternating pressure techniques for therapeutic effects on corresponding areas of the body.
