Introduction to Aromatherapy and the world of essential oils,  enjoy discovering the therapeutic and relaxing effects of essential oils. 

This workshop is designed to give you an insight into the uses and discover the delights of aromatherapy, to use with family and friends and introduce you to the possibility of taking a longer accredited course. 

A fun workshop giving you valuable information on a fascinating subject. Just 6 students for individual attention.

This level one workshop is for beginners – no previous experience is required to attend, you will receive a certificate of attendance. 

Learn how to perform a basic aromatherapy hand or scalp massage to use with family and friends.

Cost: $225 plus HST

This Introductory Course in Aromatherapy is ideal for those who would like to be able to use Aromatherapy on their friends and families and is of particular interest to those considering a career in the Holistic / Complementary / Alternative Therapy / Massage sector.

The Workshop will be theoretical and practical.

The Theory will cover:
The history of Aromatherapy
The benefits of Aromatherapy
Cautions
The usage of Essential oils
Carrier oils

The Practical will include:
Making a blend – learning to “balance” the chosen oils for great therapeutic benefit!
A basic hand or Indian Head Massage demonstration and practical to allow you to learn to apply the oils through massage techniques.
Please be prepared to receive and give Aromatherapy, during your in person course.

Course includes a fully comprehensive Manual a Certificate of Attendance which is approved with the International Institute of Complementary Therapies plus your own make and take blend!

This workshop will give you the basic skills to begin using essential oils for use with family friends and advice on selling to clients and in the home.
