Although there is no set of minimum qualifications to become a meditation instructor, it's important to appreciate that guided meditation is both an art and a science that can only be perfected through experience.
Completing a meditation instructor training is both the most efficient and effective way to obtain the knowledge you need, without having to go through years of trial and error. Additionally, the right training will give you the confidence to perform under pressure and consistently deliver novel experiences for your participant(s).

On this course, we will discuss different styles of meditation, mainly focussing on guided meditation. Tips on how to set up and run group sessions and how to work with individuals. We discuss using props to enhance the sessions and how to write our own scripts.
As part of the course, you will take an active part in the training.
The course focuses on the technique of guided meditation or guided visualization. Guided meditations are visual guided journeys to aid with relaxation.
