A 4 WEEK SERIES IN STRESS MANAGEMENT MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION AT COCOA HEAVEN WELLNESS ZOOM CLASSROOM 

Be Calm, Be Happy in this 4 week group course teaching stress management techniques with mindfulness and meditation seminars an effective counter balance to the stresses of life. 

Each class includes guided mindfulness exercises and meditations, led by a certified facilitator. Each of these sessions will focus on a different theme each week.

PDF’s and workshop material to assist the LIVE seminar will be sent to students prior to each weekly workshop.

Week 1 - Journalling, Mindful Eating and Senses Awareness

Week 2 - Autogenic Relaxation and Guided Meditations

Week 3 - Mindfulness and Meditation for Pain

Week 4 - Rapid Relaxation Exercises including Breathing Awareness and Panic Fixers
