An Introduction To Ayurveda
Are you curious about Ayurveda? Why should you take this workshop ?
Yoga is a sister science to Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a 5000 year old holistic, body/mind healing system from India. It is based upon understanding the root cause of illness and disease. Ayurveda treats the person on an individual basis depending on their constitution. The healing system restores balance and health, reducing stress, energizing body and mind, improving moods, improving immunity and more. Ayurveda looks at symptoms that lead to disease and reduces or eliminates them to prevent illness.
